SALES NEGOTIATOR
Key Responsibilities:
To routinely, proactively and consistently offer an excellent level of customer care to all of our customers. Arrange and attend viewings of properties with the vendor and client. Measure and take all details of properties. Register clients, liase with vendors, prospective buyers and solicitors. Write letters, valuations and complete reports on progress, targets and general administration. Proactively seek new business and sell properties from the company portfolio.
Main Tasks:
Ensure all records are kept up to date pertaining to clients and properties Write property descriptions, direct company administrator Liase with advertising contacts Regularly check incoming e mail, telephone and written correspondence from clients and follow up Valuate, measure and take full details on properties Arrange and attend viewings to sell the benefits of the property Assist with meeting and greeting customers who visit the branch Meet sales targets Answer, take messages and direct incoming telephone calls Liase with colleagues and offer general support when required Write letters to clients and prospective clients Assist with banking and general administration when necessary Liase with external contacts when necessary
